Thanks, I reached out to my Hyatt Concierge...first time I've been Globalist since they introduced this feature. She responded with the following:
"Neither the Fountain Court nor Palm Suite are available during your stay. Those are the only 2 suites allocated for use with the Suite Upgrade Award.
Since the property has been under renovation, they do not currently have a Concierge on property or rates for cabanas at this time. The projected pool opening date is February 28; however the Front Desk colleague I spoke to today suggested calling back March 1 to check on this update.
I will set a reminder for myself to call at this time to check on this for you in addition to checking suite availability again."
Not holding my breath on the suite...but appreciate the great follow up by the concierge!
