No - Apparently if you buy 1 F seat+residence upgrade and a separate F seat on different reservation, only the passenger on the 1 F seat+residence upgrade can use the residence and the upgraded amenities.

This is confirmed in a recent youtube video by a Chinese vlogger. His wife had a separate F ticket on a different reservation and was given inferior dishes and glassware even when they are dining together in the wife's F Apartment.
