I still have points that haven't been credited since last May, despite my BA number being on the original booking, being reconfirmed as present when checking in, having filed two retro points claims (neither having been processed) and finally having filed a complaint, which has still been ignored. This was domestic business class, nothing unusual about the flights. Now can't do anything as I'm timed out, but given every step in the booking and points claim process was all correct and I've done everything possible to retro claim the points, I am, as you can imagine, pretty disgusted with BA Exec's performance.
