I have never used Chase so these are very basic questions. If I book EVA AIR on Chase with Chase points, and if I have to change or cancel,

(1) how are the change or cancellation fee handled? are they deducted from my CSR point balance at 1.5c value, or a cash charge?

(2) Will Chase pile on the fee by adding some additional handling fees?
