The lack of case numbers, any verdicts or other verifiable information is very telling.
Is there actually now a comprehensive database of all small claims judgments that a lawyer would have access to? Last time I had to research this type of case -- er, back in the day -- one would have to search on a state-by-state basis, and not all states were searchable online.
