I’ve only flown QR J recent times, most of my J long haul travel have been on CX, SQ, BA, AA, DL.

So far my experience with QR has been top notch from an inflight service perspective. There have been an odd crew member here and there that seemed to be having a bad day but did not negatively impact my overall experience. I find more often than not, they are going above and beyond. I commented to one that I loved the Diptique wet towels, she gave me like 5 extra. And I have no status with QR (working on it). No request is ever a problem (although I’m pretty low maintenance and hardly ask for anything most times). I’ve also had good experiences with SQ and CX but really notice the above and beyond actions on QR.

Of your list, probably the dirty dishes and utensils will annoy me to no end as well. I find that happens here and there across any airline, I normally just put it to the side and go about my business if I need. Haven’t actually gotten up to hand it to them yet as well, I’m sure that would be met with utter horror.

I will say the boarding process hasn’t always matched my impression of the cabin crew but I think that’s more the airport/grounds staff? Won’t get into it here since this isn’t the point of your post.
