I completed a stay recently where Bonvoy credited me with 4 too few nights but approx. 90,000 more points than I estimate I should have received. Is this a 'known' error. Do they eventually fix it (I honestly don't care - I have over 2.5 million bonvoy points but i was going to try becoming Titainum for the first time this year so the nights actually matter a bit more since I'll be right on the cusp). I actually called and tried to point this out to them and they said I have to go get the folio (which i don't have) to fix it. Not planning to hassle to "fix" this, but just seemed super weird to me all around (like they are the company.. can't they pull the folio?) and wondering if others have experienced this.
