Not cool was excited to use my SUA.
This is exactly my experience. I'm at this property for a week plus every year. Some years more stays. I have not seen standard suite availability in years, no matter how far in advance. A couple times I've even asked my Globalist Concierge to tell me 5 to 7 nights, any week, as far out as she could book. Not a single option.

I agree with you. There's no way someone booked ALL the suites, all the way out. For god's sake, in the Eva tower alone, there is one of these adjoining suite configurations on nearly every floor. They're just choosing to not make them available. "Not cool" is right.
