For the trans-pacific on CX to HKG, AA code-shares on CX aircraft. Maybe there is a way the you can still get the CX service on an AA ticket that gets miles.

I fly CX alot form Beijing to HKG (daily service now) and around Asia, and I just hate that most of the tickets are a discount class. But I put the miles on my CX MPC when that happen, so at least I don't loose the miles all-together.
