Thanks for information SCChris. I was hoping that I would still get lounge access in Miami due to the DFW-MEL flight as I assumed it would be considered a business layover as each leg is within 24 hrs. I had a look at my luggage allowance and it is 2 pieces from the SDQ - MIA leg all the way back to Melbourne so shame no access in Miami. Now I can make a better decision with selecting new flights as the flight times have changed and alternative options aren't business so may go SDQ- MIA - DFW instead in economy if no lounge access.
