You will find lots of tourists there but in certain food courts you will not find any foreigners. The food is catered for foreigners in places like Terminal or MBK etc. If you go to a local one like in Laksi etc, the food is much more spicier and to Thai tastes than these places. It would be hard to find a foreigner and of course it is much cheaper too.
