I used the seating program on BIZTRAVEL to book an airline ticket for my friend HOLLY to go Houston (JAWS-LAND) to ATL around Valentine's day. SUrprisingly the seat map came up and I was able to get her decent seats (She'll still won't be happy they're not close enough to the front exit though but they are close.) It worked and my reservation went through with no problems.

But the seating thing is sporatic. I have problems on the UA connections site getting
seats.

Also I notice a Lot of seats are already reserved, probably for elite members who can't get into First and others already purchased. CATMAN
