I recently made a self-reservation with Sixt at a local location in Vegas off Hughes Parkway, submitted a tracking request with AutoSlash (I think ? I forwarded my email confirmation to them), and subsequently did receive some (non-Sixt) quote alerts from AS for that rental. I ended up cancelling the original reservation as it turned out it wasn't needed. fwiw.
