Just came home from spending 4 nights at this property. Poor treatment of WoH globalist, late check out granted only until 12.30pm, did use suite award to be upgraded into Grand Hyatt Suite, but boy are rooms poorly maintained, not to mention that they have charged me resort fee even if WoH rules clearly state that globalist are exempt (no matter if paid or award stay, globalist are always exempt from paying resort fees). Paid more that 100 bucks for 4 nights... damn cheats... arguing got me nowhere, also WoH or my WoH ambassador does absolutely nothing about this... quite upset. Only bright spot is the grand club, but even there... upon arrival got the whole speech on limitations and dressing code, just to then observe for the next 4 days that nobody actually respects or implement this...
