BTW, Delta did briefly operate Fairchild Hiller FH-227C turboprops formerly flown by Northeast following the merger of the two air carriers. And Delta also operated another turboprop type at one point being the Lockheed L-100-20, the civilian version of the venerable C-130 Hercules.
