Two questions to those FTers who book direct with LH, either on the Web, over the phone, or in person: as we all know, the TSC is imposed in addition to all other taxes and fees which are reflected on the ticket.

1. Does the TSC appear somewhere on the ticket?

2. Does LH charge the TSC separately, i.e. do you get two charges on your credit card statement - one for the ticket price plus taxes and one for the TSC?

The reason why I'm asking is that we TAs have to charge the TSC separately because LH does not allow us to include it in the ticket total. I'm just curious whether they adhere to that themselves... Thanks all!
