I've been a President's Club member for ages, but haven't rented from Avis for the past 10 years since I've gotten better rates and service from Hertz. However, for my upcoming rental in CPH, the Hertz rates are beyond belief and Avis rates are about one-third of Hertz.

Question: Does Avis President's Club get one's spouse as additional driver with no extra charge? I can't find the information in the T&C.
