As for my salad, I'm a bit confused. It's a mayonaisse based potato salad in the middle but then they include a tomato-oil vinagrette and a giant wedge of lemon. Was not sure how the pairing would go but adding the vinagrette and lemon made it way too acidic so just ditch the lemon. Prawns nicely cooked however.



MSP isn't a Do&Co station, IIRC. The prawn salad ex-DTW I had (upthread) looks a lot better.
