Seatmap is not a meaningful indicator of available seats, especially for flights departing Asia.

However, this is very strange. I don't know why they are selling award tickets into what otherwise looks like a sold-out cabin. I would guess there is an inventory block for some reason and they forgot to apply it to award inventory.
