The view by year "New Charge" activity total includes potentially non-qualifying spend activities (like gift card purchases) and is also not reduced by any merchant credits (which will reduce qualifying spend total). You need to manually subtract those out. Once subtracted out, the remainder should match or be close to the tracker for lounge access (see math above).
