Had a 2 night stay here, stay went well no complaints. Clean and easy. No globalist benefits explainen at CI, but give a upg to a junior suite according to staff.

It was a points stay that ended up not crediting EQN, hyatt concierge on X said they have to wait for the hotel to send my folio to them before they can credit the EQN...

Supriringly the hotel has also charged my credit card 2x 37€ even though this was a points stay so not sure what the heck is going on 😀

Im assuming 37€ may be the rate hyatt is supposed to reimburse the hotel
