I'm sure this has been discussed ad nauseam in other threads, but the use of A10 for long haul departures at what is a relatively new terminal just boggles my mind. I experienced this last week on BA115 to JFK, which quite annoyed me until I discovered the earlier departure (BA177) was flat out canceled. (The flight itself was fine, and from an avgeek standpoint the bus tour of the tarmac was actually quite fun.)
