A: "Good Seat: Then any two seats consecutive will suffice.

B: "Nervous wife": 10 A and D. You need to be able to see her and her you to be able to know if she is okay. She needs to be able to see you and know that you can support her at anytime it is required.

I know this from traveling with my wife, so for me "B" is the only answer and seat "quality" a far less issue, especially since you are in J and hopefully will spend most of your time napping/sleeping into LHR.
