Hi I have upcoming flight that involves Star Alliance partner, in this case TG.

I booked it with KF miles.

But the problem is, there's reschedule from TG624 to TG620 on that flight.

Since I cant accept the reschedule flight, what is the possibilities that can SQ offers to me given this situations based on your guys experience?

Is that possible to request another flight that departs on that day also, and do direct flights? In this case Philippines Airlines from BKK to MNL. Im fully aware its not even Star Alliance partner, but just wondering is that possible? Thanks
