Pissed off how their new revenue mgmt thinking has lead to lose lose in terms of few recent cases I have had:
Previously they used to have some authority for CS booking awards with situation allowing, but now I have been denied few times booking awards and the plane has left with unsold empty seats just that their great award policy now doesnt allow booking nor CS intervention if award space is full. They rather seem to leave empty unsold seats than fill those even last minute with award users👎👎
