the one night is what I have budgeted for hotels for a week plus for my driving holiday this summer (not sure if realistic... revenue management in hotels has gotten a bit too good.)
I hope it's realistic. It's still a reasonable amount per night and should give you something decent. Nevertheless I know prices are crazy in all categories. Same for fuel and even electricity.
