Almost none of these people seemed to be spending any money with AA or were loyal to AA. To the contrary, this thread is full of disgruntled churners calling AA a garbage airline and swearing never to give AA a dollar. At least one psycho over at Reddit was wishing AA planes would crash.
This is not a sympathetic group. Certainly not one that inspires let alone demands government intervention.
