AA Hotels still offers pretty good LP's but only if you have an AA credit card. I got a Barclays in October for that reason (plus LPs accrued on charges). I had two hotel stays that generated 25k LPs plus credit card spend that will get me comfortably over the 125k I needed to retain PPRO.
