It seems the Regency Club has reopened.
Current online Resort Guide: "The Regency Club is temporarily closed and will reopen on February 1, 2024."
Rooms with club access are also now bookable.

I'd talked myself into the breakfast buffet at Swan Court, but I think lesser breakfast in the club and all-day access to sodas and snacks for the kids might win out in reality.
