My biggest complain is bread. UA has been serving horrible (cheap) bread.

I do realize they have improved with more bread choices, but the choices are for the FA to make not for the passengers. How do you explain one gets multigrain, and the other passenger gets pretzel bread?

BTW, I have not seen bread basket since before Covid. I did see it once in the galley about a month ago, but FA was dishing out bread from it onto the tray randomly. The bread basket did not appear in front the passengers.
