In that case I would now have no hesitation in contacting BA Refund Helper (as per the link in post 3) as you appear to have exhausted the normal channels and I can't see what else you can do.
I would link this thread in your PM and just put a basic couple of sentences which are to the point highlighting the exact issue to them to start with. That should fingers crossed gain some progress. Please do keep us updated how you get on if possible and again all the best!
