Just want to share an observation with respect to DFW. On April 27th, flight 12 HND-DFW (still showing in the system as 77W) shows 1 F seat available (per Expertflyer), but only 5 out of 8 seats are occupied on the F seat map. Premium economy only has 2 seats left for sale, but only 19 of 40 seats on the seat map are occupied. (Remember that the A350 has 6 F seats and 24 PY seats.) I know that seat maps are not a perfectly accurate indication of bookings, but I still think this is evidence that JL revenue management anticipates that the A350 will be on the route by then. (It seems doubtful that there would be 38 PY bookings and only 19 of those people got seat assignments.)

Edited to add: there is a similar phenomenon with the April 28th availability and seat maps. It looks like JL's booking system anticipates daily A350 service by then (not only every other day). And it appears that the switchover happens in early April. March 29th shows F7, which is more F seats than the A350 has. But April 5 and 6 show PY almost sold out but half the seat maps are empty in PY.
