NYC is tricky and the cost of space makes the economics of running a club very expensive.

Surprisingly, on the Marriott side, the Element in Times Square (really port authority) offers free beer and light snacks to all their guests at night.

I would just stop by a liquor store and a convince store and just recreate the club experience in my room.

The old Andaz downtown (I think it's Hyatt flagged now) does have some nice suites and good upgrade opportunities. Also one of the nicer complementary breakfast setups. I suspect the breakfast requirements were from Air India who's pilots have their own reserved table.

Across the river in Jersey City the Hyatt Regency has beautiful views. Standard rooms are more generously sized. Room pricing generally isn't cheaper than NYC.
