First time poster/user, long-time lurker. I was wondering if anyone else was having this issue. I'm also seeing this error trying to book MAD/LHR/MAD in May (off-peak) with Avios (booking this on Avios mostly because I need it refundable if I cancel, which you can't do in IB economy on a cash fare unless I'm paying well over odds for the flexible rate).

The system is showing me 13,000 Avios + around 59€ in fees/taxes in Azul class (19,500 Avios in full Turista), but the system also claims this is a discounted rate from around 23,500 Avios (29,500 in Turista). The 13,000/19,500 rates are correct for off-peak on MAD/LHR/MAD, and the peak season redemption cost should be 15,000/22,500, so I don't understand why the system would claim this is discounted from 23,500 or 29,500!

I'll probably see if it resolves itself in a couple days or give the IB+ Oro line a call myself.
