I am a SFO camp out pro. Home is two hours south, so if I arrive late, I have to catch the once a day Amtrak in the morning. The Crowne Plaza SFO with shuttle service is usually cheap on points, 17k-20k. That's $85-$100 all-in if you purchase points right now assuming the 100% bonus is still going.
AS/DL are T2 and UA is T3. I don't think you'll make it, but hope you do. Here are a few photos of past SFO sleeps in case you get stuck.

I can’t speak from experience of actually sleeping there, but t1 has more comfortable bench seating in their eateries. It’s cleaner and newer. Not sure if they rope it off overnight but I’ve eaten there during the day before AA flights. Has the advantage of being airside which is probably a bit safer but does require going outside security until the connector is complete.
