I am having a lot of laughs reading this thread. There have been several threads similar to this one in the past 3+ years. Based on the number of threads and the number of websites and blogs have to focused on this topic, I am pretty sure United does not care or just choose not to address it. We can vent all we want but we also continue to pay/fly UA to earn the right to complain.
