Business Suites does have its own menu and includes caviar on MH1 for example.
My guess is that the wine menu will not be nearly as strong as other First class offerings.
Theres a curtain between J and Suites and the mini-cabin has its own bathroom.
The seat when in lie flat is nice and longer than in J. Theres also a sliding door which you don’t get in J or even on BAs older First seats (on the 787-9)
If you can get it at a reasonable upgrade price then I’d go for it. It’s only let down is the price point when compared to (albeit indirect) QSuites on Qatar.
