Thanks Mikey - thing is, that would sound reasonable enough, except that BA showed me those 180 in my balance all year long, and even in the points reset item on my statement. The number 1425 doesn't appear anywhere. (Plus, as I say, they told me otherwise on the phone back in late 2022 - though I can't evidence that, whereas I can evidence my previous point.)
