Thanks for the reply. I have Pre Check - mixed letters and numbers (starting with TT). Thing is I added it to my booking information last October with no issue. This was a direct flight out of ORD and it was printed on our tickets (mine and wife's) right from the SAS counter. Didn't really notice at first as I was unsure of Pre Check in Terminal 5. I got in the long slow line (backing up with people quickly) and a TSA person was yelling if you had Pre Check you can use this line (was practically empty). Looked at our boarding pass - yep Pre Check. Showed the person - under the barrier and right into Pre Check line and on our way in no time. I saw someone mention on another site that you can have the Pre Check added by calling SAS directly. That I did it previously and now I can't makes me wonder if something changed with the information page (not allowing it any more) - maybe I somehow slid between the crack on something? Thanks again.
