Time-to-time, I make sure to pick our favourite airline even during their routine winter absence from the heart of the Balkans. For those occasional visits to Warsaw, the 4:10PM flight to ZAG (OU345, or LO4298) connecting to LO614 is a very
civilised option, and it avoids unnecessary turmoil, namely LH/FRA. For the records, whilst nothing has changed catering-wise (…), the
lonely days in the business cabin seem to be over (tonight’s service was overbooked, with one “op-up”, joining an already “busy” cabin). Remarkably, though, the number of connecting passengers (travelling on the same itinerary, i.e. SJJ-ZAG-WAW) also seem to be on the rise: I counted at least 10 pax (business clientele, no backpackers) tonight, and regularly more on other occasions (which may explain, at least partially, the reason behind the early start extending to nearly all-year-round operations this year).
Food.
I know there’s a specific thread for Croatia’s catering, but I’m posting this here merely to stick to the aforementioned itinerary stricto sensu.
