Please help. I submitted a BRG with comparison to Agoda which has a lower rate (I am signed out and tried on multiple devices). However, BRG said there was no coupon of (EUR112) when they checked the rate. Do you know why they don't see the coupon? I am not logged into Agoda at all. Thanks again!
