DP: trying to call the 800 number at 12:30 pm EST on the back of my DL Plat. Was estimated at 6 mins wait. And am now approaching 50 mins wait time to speak to a rep.

Edit 1:43pm: Wait time is approaching 90mins.
Edit2: 150pm Spend 2K and the choice of either $150 statement credit or 30k miles.
