Note that there were two different emails that were sent. One from Delta, "Updates To Your Delta SkyMiles® Reserve Card" that listed $1,000 MQD/$100 credit one-time benefits. And one from Amex, "your Delta SkyMiles® Reserve American Express Card just got new benefits", that did not. Which particular email are you looking at? I suspect people are referencing different emails here.
