I do wonder what Park Hyatt Sydney put in my profile after my stay there. I enumerated my many issues with that place at check out after I said the stay was "ok" but not "great". Then again, at that property, it's apparently too much to ask to have a working TV, or maintenance to limit noise in empty rooms before 7:30am.

I can't recall ever complaining about any Hyatt property before (or after) that. Frankly I can't remember doing that to any hotel. I usually don't say anything unless I'm paying an obscene amount of money (like at PHS) and don't get the requisite level of service I'm paying for.
