I cashed in points for my 2 x 2 nights stay last year when the rugby was on as the price rates were ridiculous. I did notice though that for our second stay [when it was the final weekend of everything], the rates for the Courtyard West dropped by half compared to what they were when I first checked the prices - obviously demand wasn't there and they'd to drop their rates.
