I checked over a range of dates and AA does not appear to have access to the KIX-OKA route. All of the flights are operated by Japan Transocean Air (or Jetstar Japan) for JAL, so perhaps they are not bookable by AA?
If you do a calendar search (seems to only be offered on desktop?) for LAX-OKA in business class with the 1 stop or less filter, you should see lots of open dates with this or similar for 60k miles:
