Your customer service team won't accept a German IBAN to pay out my accepted compensation claim with my Feedback ID: FB ID 38878317 as I live in Malta and have my maltese adress on file.
Your customer service team insists on a Maltese IBAN or a German adress. This requirement is not part of the relevant regulations.
Kindly chase it up for payment before I will have to escalate it.
