I think there's a time limit to crediting flights but since you tried calling 2 weeks ago then there should be no problem crediting after the fact.

A few questions though: How many TP and Avios were you expecting. What cabin did you fly and do you still have your boarding pass? Also did you receive the bonus Avioa for booking a BA Holiday (assuming you were the lead passenger on the booking?) That should have posted 30 days after you returned.
