Anyone know what this could possibly mean? I went to Jl's website to check on seating for my F flight in July. When I entered the booking info in the manage booking I get this message:
Please confirm the following.
- Error: We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
The schedule of your reserved flight has been changed. However, reservation details cannot be displayed due to the following reasons:
• Reservation includes an upgrade
• Connecting flight must be changed due to a flight time change
• Flight route or seat class has changed
My return flight booked as a separate booking displayed my booking info no problems. Both award bookings were made with Cathay Pacific Asia Miles.
Update 1: I just checked my email I received when I booked the flight and the connecting flight time has changed by about 20 minutes. I'm hoping that is what this error message is about.
Update 2: contacted Cathay Pacific with their chat feature. Agent verify the connecting flight time change of 20 minutes. Asked me if I was ok with it. She updated the reservation and I was able to access the booking information on JL's website.
