In the “Topic” box, select “Trusted Traveler Programs (Global Entry, NEXUS, SENTRI and FAST”).
In the “Applicable Issue” box, select “Update documents in my account (attach applicable documents)”.
In the “TTP Programs” box, select “NEXUS”.
Continue filling out the requested information and upload the affected document(s). The US CBP will then update your profile, there is no estimated timeline for the completion of this step.
