Here's what CBSA recommends for updating things on the US side if you can't reach an enrolment centre:

You can also try updating your documents using the United States (US) Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Info Center page - Ask a question https://help.cbp.gov/s/questions?language=en_US
In the “Topic” box, select “Trusted Traveler Programs (Global Entry, NEXUS, SENTRI and FAST”).
In the “Applicable Issue” box, select “Update documents in my account (attach applicable documents)”.
In the “TTP Programs” box, select “NEXUS”.
Continue filling out the requested information and upload the affected document(s). The US CBP will then update your profile, there is no estimated timeline for the completion of this step.
